Pond Field - 1 HOUR (4 dogs+2 persons)

Service Description

We are temporarily closed Weekends. Fully secure with all round fencing. The park has a long run to the right, with a natural pond at the end. The pond is only 1 metre depth at full level and is fully gravelled with a clean entrance run for fun play. There are trees to the left for summer shade along with seating areas and jumps and play hoops. Drinking water is available at the entrance. This park is for dogs that like water and owners that don't mind wet dogs ! WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES / GROUPS - the park is designed for one to one time with you and your dogs and a perhaps a friend. MAXIMUM 2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM 4 ' not so woofy' DOGS NB; ARRIVAL SHOULD BE NO MORE THAN 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR BOOKING - do not enter the park before this ; This ensures everyone enjoys the most uninterrupted time with their pooches. (In the same way as we request you do not bring aggressive dogs into the park ; if you have a serious woofer then we would discourage that too - in the nature of our layout it can be disconcerting to dogs in the next field.)

Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellations WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES / GROUPS - MAXIMUM 2 PEOPLE - MAXIMUM 4 DOGS - only 2 persons means : 2 adults  - OR - 1 adult + 1 child maximum -  - the park is designed for one to one time with you and your dogs and a perhaps a friend. Use of the field is strictly by booking only. When making your booking you must be honest as to the number of dog(s) to be used in the booking. Your booking time includes the time required for you to secure your dog(s) and return them to your vehicle and exit the park. Customers must ensure that they vacate the car park no later than the end time of their booking. For this reason we recommend you allow a couple of minutes to exit the field safely. Please note we do not offer refunds, only appointments to be moved to another date within 48 hours. PARK INSTRUCTIONS By making your booking you are agreeing to abide by our very strict rules - If you are meeting friends, please pass these rules on to them too - they are important. We can not allow aggressive or excessively noisy dogs in the parks. If your pups are serious woofers : then this is not the park for you as it will distract those in the adjoining field and we are in a residential area. See our Facebook Page for recommendations of other family dog parks and dog fields, MAXIMUM 2 PEOPLE - MAXIMUM 4 DOGS ARRIVAL SHOULD BE NO MORE THAN 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR BOOKING do not enter the park before this; This ensures everyone enjoys the most uninterrupted time with their pooches. • Please park in the waiting area if you are early and remain in your vehicle whilst the car park is vacated by the previous customer. • (If you should be more than 5 mins early, please do not even pull into the car park - remain at the top verge outside of the park itself as it can be distracting to the current occupants.) • You may not enter until the park is vacated. • Drive to the entrance of your booked park – you may park outside the gate or REVERSE into the park. ONE car only inside the park ONLY on the tarmac area ONLY. (Not on the grass) • Gates MUST be closed before allowing your dogs out of your car or off their leads. Park Gates must remain closed throughout your session. • Your session end time is the time you should be leaving the car park by and NOT the time you are leaving the field. Please respect other field users and their right to have an uninterrupted session that they have booked for themselves and their dogs. • Never leave your dogs unattended in the field, if you need to leave the field take your dogs with you. Please do not kick the balls against the centre fences and all toys are for dog use only. • Gather all poop in bio-degradable bags and place contents in the dog bin. • When leaving your Park please LEAVE THE GATES WIDE OPEN ready for next dog owner. • Please do not keep your vehicles in the carpark at the end of your session; if you are continuing a meet up with friends - there is an exceptional café at the end of the lane; or a beautiful social/play park a little further. • Just a little reminder - the park is social in the sense that whilst you do not meet another dog on your visit - you may hear them or see other passers-by - if your dog is highly reactive, aggressive or sensitive and you have concerns - then this may not be the park for you - we can allow you to cancel - so contact us. OUR 2 PERSON / 4 DOG RULE IS DUE TO A NOISE ABATEMENT NOTICE SERVED ON US BY THE SDC EHO ; This was mostly owing to some silliness during the height of Covid & Summer Holidays ; but as such is permanent. We would ask you to bear this in mind during your visit. If you have highly reactive pups or extreme woofers and this worries you then we are happy to cancel & refund on request.
